First day of my period is awful. The pain in my lower back, lower stomach and down my thighs is so intense. Paracetamol and ibuprofen don't even make any difference. Bath offers minimal relief. Have had the Dr prescribe naproxen previously which did help a bit. I'm in so much pain today I want to just scream.
