I'm 32 and have a young toddler and baby. Find myself ordering takeout instead of cooking because I'm exhausted. Eating way too many carbs. Generally toast for breakfast or a cinnamon roll. Pizza or leftover Thai curry for lunch and a pasta or noodle based dinner with chicken. Husband loves buying biscuits, ice cream and sweets as treats. I feel rubbish despite quitting drinking and never have any energy. I've tried losing weight by eating soup and salads but I'm always starving and end up snacking. Please help.

Great shout, this morning I had Greek yoghurt and a few cherries for breakfast and peanut butter and apple for a mid morning snack. Tube and brown rice for lunch. Not huge changes but I'll take it.
