I'm 32 and have a young toddler and baby. Find myself ordering takeout instead of cooking because I'm exhausted. Eating way too many carbs. Generally toast for breakfast or a cinnamon roll. Pizza or leftover Thai curry for lunch and a pasta or noodle based dinner with chicken. Husband loves buying biscuits, ice cream and sweets as treats. I feel rubbish despite quitting drinking and never have any energy. I've tried losing weight by eating soup and salads but I'm always starving and end up snacking. Please help.
