Nursery staff Christmas gift etiquette

Do you gift the key worker or just a generic one for the team? And what makes a good gift? I was thinking of a voucher if just key worker but that's no use for the team.

A variety of people look after DS during the week at nursery and they're all lovely so I'd feel bad if I only gave something to his named keyworker. I tend to give something they can all share..cupcakes, biscuits, fancy chocolates. They probably get loads but it's the thought that counts!

IME shared tins/boxes end up being eaten/taken by the staff who spend least time with the kids. If you want the staff who actually interact with your DCs to get a look in, do individual gifts. Even small chocolate bars or chocolate biscuit packs are great, but name tag the staff you mean or they get snaffled by the laziest staff while they sit in the staff room all day.
