Hiya I’ve got a piece of salmon for dinner but I’m fed up of the usual thing I cook with it. Usually do some rice and roasted veg with it, but not fancying that tonight! Anyone got any ideas? Tia

Have you got garlic, soy sauce, chilli flakes or powder and a bit of brown sugar? Mix together and brush over the salmon before air frying/grilling/baking.

A sort of Mediterranean fish stew? Salmon, peppers, potatoes, chilli flakes, garlic, paprika, onion, tinned tomatoes, plenty of seasoning. Green veg to serve

Salmon carbonara? Like you would with bacon but salmon instead?

Ladybird69 · 08/12/2023 20:47

Oooo great thanks all. Some varied options for me to try out in the future 😁

We do a salmon pasta in a cream fraiche sauce with broccoli and cherry toms. It's delicious I could eat it every day!!

Tablespoon of runny honey, teaspoon grainy mustard, dollop of Worcestershire sauce, ditto soya sauce, ditto oil and a little water. Slosh over salmon and bake for twenty minutes or so.

Flake it into some noodles, bean sprouts and chopped peppers if you like them. Add sweet chilli sauce.

Pan fry with ginger, garlic, soy and honey.

Rice and tender stem, dress with Sesame oil.
