Nintendo Switch game recommendations for YA

Hello. So I am a young adult (f) who is getting into Nintendo Switch gaming this Christmas season. I would like recommendations of games that are both suitable for beginners and fun and engaging for adult players. All recommendations welcome. TIA.

Animal Crossing and Hogwarts Legacy

What kind of games to you already like? Zelda is the obvious choice, Breath of the Wild / Tears of the Kingdom are amasing but have a bit of a difficulty curve, Link's Awakening is probably a bit more entry level. The Bayonetta games are fun and Xenoblade if you're into that kind of thing, and I've heard good things about the new Mario. There are some goods ports of older games too like the Witcher 3, Portal and Skyrim.

Persona 5 Royal

The only game you need. 100+ hours of fun, combat, puzzles, role play, storytelling. It’s outstanding.

@copiley695 No proper console gaming experience but have enjoyed downloadable phone based games such as Fishdom, Poe and candycrush 🙂

Any further suggestions also appreciated !

Disney dreamlight valley is fun but it does crash a bit
I also like hogwarts, keep it on story mode if you don't want it to be too difficult
Mario odyssey is really good, probably my favourite mario game on there
