I’ve had data for years instead of WiFi. Last week I phoned BT broadband to ask about their WIFI deals. They said because my sim is with EE they will do me a deal from there and I was sold a contract that day for £30/48 months set to increase. Except the speed is 20mbps which I have found out is slow. I haven’t used it haven’t got the hub yet. The person did say I had a cooling off period but would it be possible to get another faster deal through the same hub or do I really have to get that hub sent back.
