The few days before I’m due I am EXHAUSTED, totally washed out and feel like I could sleep for a week.
I eat relatively well, exercise and sleep ok, but my god I would be so grateful if you lovely lot have any advice on taking the edge off it!
I'm 34, you’d think I’d be used to it but now I’m working full time with two kids its like those reserves that used to get me through this time of the month are just non existent.
