Does anyone else ever feel that things aren’t “real”

I’ve been feeling like this for the past half hour all of a sudden. Like this is a dream I’ve been dropped in randomly with no memory of my real life. I’ve had moments of this before so I know it will pass, it’s just a very disconcerting, ungrounded feeling,

Yeah I feel fine physically. I’ve taken antibiotics and painkillers a couple of hours ago, maybe to do with that

Yes very rarely when I’ve had very little sleep.

It’s an old packet so I don’t have the leaflet but I think I’ve felt similar before on amoxicillin
