Would you like to receive two £5 scratchcards in a £10 Secret Santa?

No, think a scratchcard would be fun along side though. So an £8 SS gift and a £2 scratchcard.

NotFastButFurious · 06/12/2023 11:17

no, i'd rather have the tenner in a card!

Bundtbake · 06/12/2023 11:20

@Vasilevich good idea 😊

@NotFastButFurious yes 😂.
Seems a bit lazy though!

No more lazy than 2 scratch cards tbh and at least you’ve got a tenner to spend on something you like!

Bundtbake · 06/12/2023 11:39

@NotFastButFurious true!

Not really to be honest.
I'd rather have a chocolate Santa if you really can't think of anything.

I was not amused when my ex gave Ds1 a scratch card on his 16th birthday (age you're allowed to buy them) as his birthday present. No he didn't win anything.

I would be similarly unamused as the recipient

Fluffyc1ouds · 06/12/2023 14:12

No, but I would be happy with a gift and a scratch card that tops up the value. A few years ago I got someone a book I thought they'd like and then slid a scratch card inside the cover to make it up to a tenner.

Thanks everyone, so general thinking -no to the two scratchcards!!
Bummer.....
