Dandruff advise please!

Never had an issue with dandruff until I had my DC. Now I have it in patches most around the back of my head. I have been using head and shoulders which does work, however, it is making my hair very greasy and I'm having to wash it a lot more which isn't good.
Any advice/tips would be appreciated!

It would be worth trying Nizoral. Follow the instructions and leave it on for a few minutes. After a week or so you can probably move to using it once a week. It’s gentle.

I used T Gel shampoo to get on top of the issue which works very well. I then swapped to using a sulfate free shampoo and I work the shampoo into my scalp with a silicone scrubber like this one to really deep clean my scalp. I haven't had any repeat issues since swapping to shampoo without SLS but I use the T Gel every few months just to keep on top of it.

I also only wash my hair every three days as I think daily shampooing was upsetting my scalp.
