If I cooked chicken madras last night with fresh chicken breast, will it be ok to consume on Friday?

I left it in the fridge and forgot about it and won't be back til Friday to eat it

I have a3 night rule for fridged foods except rice or anything likely to go off for other reasons

I'm going to flex my food safety qualifications & tell you I have a 5 day rule.

This assumes:
Food was cooked to piping hot (75C +)
Cooled quickly (like, 30 mins)
Your fridge is 5
C or under
You reheat to piping hot (75*C+)

I remember a friend of mine once ate an out of date pie (both husbands working overseas , no family around) . Her daughter knocked my door " Can you phone the doc for my mum , she's really ill ." Once I had a established she was really ill, coming out both ends . I phoned doc (Sunday 🙄) . By this time I had friends baby , her daughter and my child .
Doc came to see friend , confirmed food poisoning and gave her a jab to make her sleep and gave me a script to collect for her .
I hope you have good friends .

I'd eat it no problem.

Just reheat it really well.
