I’m having a party at the weekend and have been so busy & overwhelmed lately I haven’t got on top of organising, so now it’s all adding to my overwhelm!
I think I’ve ordered enough booze & soft drinks, but now trying to think about food. A friend suggested pulled pork, if I’m doing pulled pork for around 50 people, more as part of a buffet table of snacks than as a full meal, what quantities would you go for? And what quantities of everything else would you have? It’s scaling up I really struggle with!
honestly would quite like to cancel but it’s too late now.
