I tripped in the house today and went flying into the corner of a wall, hitting my arm. The bruise has come up over the course of the day but the kids have just noticed this dotting which I've never had before. Is this normal?!

Oooooft, you must have given it some bang! I've had bruises like that before, I think it's just burst blood vessels or something like that?

Yeah its just the cappileries under your skin. Its gonna b a right shiner that one!

Yeah, I'm just glad it wasn't my head- it was close! Think I need to rethink my choice of slippers and go for a full granny set with grips rather than floppy flippy ones am currently wearing!
