Various bits need doing on the house - what type of tradesperson do I need for each?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous set of questions - my partner would usually have sorted all this out but we have split up and I need to get stuff sorted but don't know where to start!

I've got a list of jobs to get done but don't know who to call!

1 Last Christmas we had a leak under the bath, which we noticed as it ended up leaving a water mark on the ceiling below. The leak got sorted, but the water mark is still on the ceiling below. Do I just paint the ceiling, or do I need someone to check that there is no structural damage to the ceiling?

2 Similarly in my bedroom I have a water mark on the ceiling - can only imagine there is a leak from the roof but it's on the far side of the attic from where the ladder goes up and there is only a thin plank from one side of the attic to the other and I don't trust myself to not end up falling through the ceiling into the room below! Do I need a roofer to see if there is a tile missing etc?

3 My house is really cold, so I think I might need improved insulation - both in the attic and someone to check if I have insulation in the walls. Who do I call for this?

4 My garage door doesn't reach the floor, so it's really draughty and uninsulated in the garage, which I think is impacting the rooms above it as they are also very cold. I'm going to try and fashion some draught excluders as a temporary fix, but is there a longer term fix? A new garage door?!

Thank you and sorry for being so ignorant of house stuff!!

roofer for the potential leak and insulation https://www.nfrc.co.uk/

ceiling should be fine to paint over if the stain is dry/hasn't got any bigger

garage door - joiner or carpenter to repair if it's wood or new doors

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Ltd is the UK's largest roofing trade association representing over 60% of the roofing industry by value.

There's a paint you can get to seal the water marks, otherwise it comes back through. Do a coat of that first.

I'd also suggest getting in touch with the Energy Saving Trust. They can advise regarding insulation and be able to advise if you're eligible for grants.

Post your questions on the Property/DIY board as well. Lots of knowledgeable people on there, I found it really helpful.

You could get a brush seal to fit to the garage door.

Zinsser is the paint you need, I purchase it from screwfix .
