What age does Nike xl fit in youth clothing?

Buying online and unsure of sizing any anyone help? I'm hoping it'll fit my 14 year old slim son

I have a 14yr old slim DS (he's a runner) and XL Youth fits him perfectly.

@caniaskforopinion How tall is he? My DS14 is now in men's small.

XL goes up to 170cm tall.
