Sicknes - Urgh whhhhhy is it always in the middle of the night?

I have 2 dc. 6 and 8. They have never started with a sickness bug during the day I've just realised. Every single time one of them has been sick, it's started when theyre in bed, Usually when I'm in bed asleep too.

They are at least able to reach a bowl but only after the initial large vomit. This time from the top of a cabin bed.

Norovirus? Lot of it about, apparently.
And yes, it’s always extra miserable when it’s the middle of the night. Hope they’re all better soon.

I don't know, he's been sick several times now poor mite. The other one as yet unaffected. My hands are already dry from washing and disinfecting!
