This is a slightly niche question for women who are current or ex-armed forces, or for those who know & love them!

I need to buy a gift for a teenage female family member who is in the army. I know her personal space in barracks is limited and there are strict rules. What would you really want?

Budget about £30.

A just eat gift card, Amazon voucher or something practical like that.

Hand cream or moisturiser.

If she is in phase one training then there are more restrictions but they don't last forever (only a few weeks). After that some of the following might help brighten single living accomodation:

Suggest gym kit, single duvet set, selection of energy bars e.g Clif bars, desk lamp, SAD light, mug for office or nice lidded travel mug.
