Driving in fog

Yesterday I achieved a rare double !

In line of traffic on the way to the next town I was the only car with lights on in a line of 10 in front and about 7 going the other way.

It was then my friend remembered last time I commented when it was foggy and the police should stop cars with no lights we saw a police car go by ... with no lights. really I should have sent the dashcam footage, but ... well .... maybe not.

(Would you flash a jam sandwich ?)

The police don't pull people over for speeding/having head or tail lights out/stupid driving/stupidly loud exhausts/drug driving etc etc. I honestly don't know why they bother getting in their patrol cars tbh.

No way! I wouldn’t dare! (But I’d definitely be thinking about doing it).

Reminds me of the time I was on my way to a speed awareness course. I'd missed a sign in a variable limit, empty road, and was doing 57 in what I thought was a 60. Fair cop guv.

But it was so foggy, and I was the only one with my lights on keeping a distance.
