Cockfosters underground station passenger drop-off?

We need to drop someone off at this station tomorrow (Sunday) and we've never been to that area before. Does anyone know if there is somewhere to pull over to let somebody out of the car please?

Interesting it's closed, I hope the new owners do it justice - it could be so brilliant in a lovely location. The brst thing about it was looming at all the diffetent dog varieties 😆
We have actually met somewhere else the last few times as the park has been closed for big events or the weather has been too wet.

Is Ferny Hill fairly large?

Yes, it’s in an old barn (I think), so pretty roomy. And the service is really nice.

I’ve never tried the West Lodge lunch or tea - anyone been?

I've been to West Lodge for afternoon tea, it's very nice but more fomal

I think that’s why I’ve never been - it seems special treat-y.

"Miracles" in the parade of shops along from the tube station is much nicer than Ferny Hill tearooms IMO. The latter can get very busy at weekends and smells a bit like a caff as poor ventilation.
Glad to hear Trent Park cafe has closed as it was dirty and unhygienic. Hoping it will improve if it reopens!

I like Miracles but think the food is better at Ferny Hill. You do come out smelling a bit fried, though, it’s true.

West Lodge is horrendously expensive, and I think quite dated tbh
