Tips to keep warm

A thread so we can all share tips on keeping warm at home when it's not affordable to have heating on lots.

My tips:

I bought the velvet fleece lined leggings from primark today - oh my they are so cosy and keeping me warm!!

When in bed, use one of those fleecy blankets under your duvet instead of over it! Definitely feel warmer doing it that way.

Share away please :)

I bought some slipper boots from shoe zone. They were 14.99 and are warm (they also go through the wash well).

A few layers and tuck my bottom layer (usually thermal) into my skirt or trousers.

Two pairs of thin socks.

Heated blanket - I have the husky fur one. I love it.

I do wear a bobble hat indoors (wfh).

Stop the cold coming up
So a thick blanket on top of your bed frame (under the mattress)
If you're sat at a desk then have hard soled slippers on or I rest my feet on a cushion!
