Very dry flakey skin around lips - please help!

I've got really dry flaky skin around the corners of my lips and have done for weeks. I've tried:

Blistex
Blistex in the tub
Carmex
Vaseline
O'Keffees

Nothing is helping! Please help me. Mumsnet saved my awful recurring dry winter hands with Working Hands a few years ago, I'm hoping you can save the day again!

I think the Nuxe rev de miel is the best for this, but only the one in the pot, this stick isn't half as good

are you anaemic?
cracking skin of the corners of my mouth is for me a sign to take an iron supplement.

When you say O'Keefes have you tried this one?
Also would recommend Floradix for an iron boost.

I get this when my b12 is really low. Daktarin gel clears it up really quickly.
