Urgent help:- lesion on back of throarlt what meds?

Hi there,

As you can see from the pic, family member has a lesion on the back of their throat like an ulcer. No white dots seen.

What would you suggest bearing in mind it's Saturday night?

Gargle warm water containing a teaspoon of ordinary salt.

Thanks @VioletladyGrantham we did try that and swallowing is a little easier now.
