How long do boots hold your order?

I ordered some bits in the Black Friday to be picked up at my local boots on the 24/11 remembered today that I made the order so went back on my confirmation and it says it would be ready to collect on the 30/11. Completely forgot about it because I thought they'd email me to say it was ready for collection. I can't get there tonight and really don't wanna face the busy retail park over the weekend so would they hold until Monday? I don't know why they haven't messaged to update me is that normal for them?

Just checked on an email I have from a boots order and it says 7 days or it will be returned snd refunded. If it says your order wouldn’t be ready til the 30th, you should be ok til 6th/7th?

I meant to say, I always get an email but maybe they’ve not been so good with the extra demand at Xmas. Hope you get your stuff!

I used to work for boots and it will be fine for you to go on Monday to collect. You should receive a text message when your parcel has arrived into store and is ready to pick up. Of on any doubt call boots customer service and they can help.

Thanks everyone, I've just checked again and no text or email to say it's ready. Tried calling them earlier too and no answer. I've even just looked on my actual boots account and nothing on there either that is any help.
