Raised glands after flu jab?

I had the flu jab about 3 weeks ago, for the first time had a reaction to it and felt ill for a couple of days.

I noticed that my glands were a bit swollen after a day or so. The ones in my neck still are. Is that normal and they'll just take a few more weeks to go down? Obviously I know that if I'm really concerned I need to go to my GP but am just curious.

Anyone else had this reaction?

It’s an uncommon side effect, it doesn’t generally last that long though afaia. Do report your side effects though, and maybe speak to the dr for reassurance.

Thanks @TootOnTheBends, that's a good idea

Flu jab stimulates the immune system of which glands are a part of. So totally normal nothing to worry about

That is a good point. But for how long is it normal that they are raised?

I had this after one of the Covid jabs, the one in my neck was raised for a good few weeks. Went to the GP then who said give it another couple of weeks and if it's not gone down will refer you for an ultrasound. It did and no issues.
