What would you do about ebay sofa?

Bought a used sofa off ebay. It was meant to be a specific (expensive) make. Pictures showed it had a manufacturers badge/logo on the underside. I wouldn’t have bought it if it wasn’t from this make as the idea was that we’d reupholster it in a few years.

Arranged a van and dp to go and get it. It’s arrived and I’m maybe 60% sure it isn’t by the make it is meant to be. It feels a lot cheaper. More importantly there is no logo on the underside like in the pictures. Dh didn’t check because it was dark. Apparently the seller was very nice, but seems to have mixed ebay feedback.

It was a lot cheaper than ones being sold by professional used furniture sellers, but not cheap enough it wasn’t impossible it was a good buy.

What do I do. We didn’t inspect it. But equally it isn’t as photographed if it doesn’t have the logo.

Does the seller have a returns policy? Are they a trader or just a person scammer selling their old sofa?

Contact the seller. If that doesn't help, use the eBay complaints procedure.
