There doesn’t seem to be any other threads on this but I have found this story really interesting. Seen a few posts on LinkedIn from people who worked there talking about how toxic the culture was but it seemed to be able to go unchecked for a long time.
Also surprised to see his wife standing by him when he was already serving jail time for sexual assault and now 15 years for rape.

Basically there is a guy Adam Minto from Revolution Beauty that abused his power in a similar manor and hid behind NDAs and payouts, previously arrested for Rape seemed to wiggle out and had a string of offences covered up by the company real sleezeball who thinks hes james bond but more brooke bond. His dappy wife Sally stood by him with all this going on and does not know half of it lets hope he gets a similar bang to rights. Shes more about his money than leaving him sad really, persons with 0 backbone

This guy owns a hotel in Verbier Switzerland, where I used to live, and after hisfamily took over it it went downhill really badly. They are really rough people and there was a huge amount of talk amongst young girls who worked in the hotel about how disgusting they both wre ! it’s amazing that his wife commented oh her children are going to be without their dad. “Good God, when your husband is a rapist and surely your daughter is better off without him.! There was so much talk for years before this came out ! Is good for the girls who are strong enough to stand up to the disgusting creep
