M&S 12 days of Christmas

I love this each year, today I got a free 75ml hand cream. Which isn’t likely to be as delicious as the florentines I got on day one last year, but you can’t complain about a freebie!

I’m hoping for a knitwear discount one day, I’ve had a cashmere cardi in my basket for weeks.

Who can top free hand cream this morning?! 😁

Friday 20% off wrapping- probably won't use as have stuff already

Sat/yesterday free pack of mince pies - will def collect as my local food store is nearby

Today (Sunday early hours) 20% off nightwear. If I'm going into big town with M&S clothes store anyway for work at some point next week I might get DS some new pajamas for Christmas. Won't make a special trip though.

Third discount! Nightwear now. It would be great to get something real even just a packet of sweets. I've spent so much in M&S this year too.

So far not too bad for me:

Friday - 20% off gift wrap
Yesterday - free truffles
Today- 20% off nightwear

Will definitely use the first two, but not today's. I've got fingers crossed for discounton at some point on men's knitwear, womens slippers and kids socks/underwear.

I'm happy with mine so far, hopefully my hand cream will be there when I go in the week and I shall probably order a couple of decorations and pyjama bottoms, hopefully I will get something else I can pick up in the week.

So far what I've had off the Lidl app has been way more interesting. I don't even have my normal Sparks vouchers atm.

I never got a freebie from M&S last year. Just a bunch of random discounts, it seems the same for me this year too.
I haven't seen anything worth it in the Lidl one either.
I did get my jl mascara though which I'm very pleased with.

Gloves discount from JL but I've just realised they provide a size guide with measurements on the male gloves but not the female ones - which has annoyed me. I have no clue how my hands (apparently the same size as a medium male's)translate to lady hands sizing.

Whenever I get things like that I collect them and donate to food bank/hygiene bank. A little luxury for someone even if it's not everyone's preference

Collected our Colin body parts yesterday, had them with DS for last nights movie night!

Last year there was no hand cream, when I asked at the till where I might find it she gave me a body wash instead

Another time they had a box of freebies behind the till but I'd already picked mine up on the shelf

I'm opening mine and my mums M&S and so far best is a room spray, rest been discounts

Is there a way to match freebies with spends? Last year a friend who shops in M&S got the gin - I can’t remember what I had but it was rubbish and out of stock on the first day.
