I love this each year, today I got a free 75ml hand cream. Which isn’t likely to be as delicious as the florentines I got on day one last year, but you can’t complain about a freebie!

I’m hoping for a knitwear discount one day, I’ve had a cashmere cardi in my basket for weeks.

Who can top free hand cream this morning?! 😁

Room spray and it prompted me to go to John Lewis who are doing the same. Got C Tilbury mascara. Happy days!

20%off cards and wrap which I won't bother with. John Lewis free mascara is a winner though, hope they'll have enough stock.

A lot of people don't live near JL so probably wouldn't pick it up, our nearest is 25 miles away, next 45 miles away, I usually just pick stuff up from Waitrose.

The JL offers are always rubbish for anyone who doesn't live in a city/town with a John Lewis. Which is about where JL is with their customer service these days.

20% off wrapping at M&S, but going to pick up the JL CT mascara for the teen's Xmas stocking.

We're lucky for retail here - M&S and JL both 10 mins away with plentiful free parking.

Is there a date you have to collect the free items by? Just wondered how quickly they need to be redeemed.

I actually think this Sparks system has become more and more ridiculous and the offers it sends me are laughable frankly. Our two city stores never seem to have free gifts in stock, even quite early on day one when I tried to collect one last year. As a PP said, discounted wrapping paper is a bit poor, especially if you’re the type that stocks up when it’s half price after Boxing Day 😂

My local store didn’t have the reed diffuser.

THEY CAN ORDER IT IN, FREE, TO BE DELIVERED IN STORE

You have to go to a till. They can order it on their handheld device, scan your sparks card offer bar code on your phone, and it'll default to £0.00. You can’t do it yourself, you have to go to the till.

Just noticed this thread and went onto sparks. I got a 30ml bottle of perfume for day one and day two I got 30% of Christmas homeware. Off to look at JL now.
