The pits and the peaks of 2023

Following on from another thread. What have the pits and peaks of this year been for you?

Pits;
Got cheated on.
Fell into a deep depression.
Lost some really close friends.

Peaks;
My son made progress I thought id never see.
I mended a no contact relationship with my mum.
I saved alot of money.

Any sharers?

Should add, I pulled myself out of the depression and really started to love myself again.

Took 5 months but hey 😂

I don't think I've had any peaks. I had a really bad accident this year that has left me disabled and that's kind of overshadowed everything.
