What indoor doormat do you have? 😴

I really stress about these things! I currently have two turtle mats to walk in on from outside and wipe feet on. I have a dog and two teens who are always dirty. But the turtle mats just look scruffy - surely there is something wrong equally practical but nicer looking?

There are some nice dog door mats. Come in all shapes & colours, absorbent.

We have a plastic transparent one right now, because there is so much snow outside! Need somewhere to put the snowy shoes and boots.

I don't know if it looks nice or not.

Front door has fitted coir matting, it's about 10 years old and could do with replacing.
Also have an offcut of the coir outside, and that is totally worn out.

Back door has a big rubber backed doormat and then a Hug Rug (in a pointless effort to keep the dog pawprints at bay) in winter.

We have this in front of French doors. There is something about it being exactly the right size that makes it look quite good. Not sure it would work in a small hallway though.

Coir matting is a good idea, I like the look of that, and should absorb and trap mud well?

A coir mat (made from coconut fibers) is great. It looks nice, soaks up water, and scrapes off dirt easily.
