Candle help!

Im a newbie to nice expensive candles.

My most expensive one has melted and solidified over the 3 wicks and it wont light. Do i dig out the wax?

Blast it with a hairdryer so you can warm it enough to pry them out maybe?

Warm it in a pan of water or the oven if hairdryer doesn't work. The first time you burn them you are supposed to let it burn until the edges are melted otherwise you will get a hole down the center and waste a lot of wax.
