Trying to conceive currently and had a brainwave.
When I first came off the pill my cycles were 29-31 days consistently and I always ovulated around day 15.
For 6 months now I’ve had cycles varying between 41-45 days, which I know is irregular. Signs of ovulation at CD22-23 but dont know if my body is just failing to ovulate. I have been stressed
Might be a silly idea, but would going BACK on the hormonal pill for only 1-2 weeks then coming off basically reset my cycle?
I know I ovulated very quickly when I came off hormonal contraception so wondering if it would work.
