Any Heart Internet customers received other people’s email today?

Today I received about 200 emails meant for other people - personal medical stuff, LPAs, contracts (and loads of spam!). Also some really personal stuff about people’s children.

Apparently my ISP has had a massive cockup with mailboxes connecting to incorrect accounts.

I can’t believe it’s not in the news but I wonder if loads of companies are being quiet because of the potential ramifications for their businesses?

Yes same here. I contacted the person whose emails I received to let them know, and also was contacted from the person who had received mine. It's a mess and I also can't believe it hasn't had wider coverage. I'm sure it will be picked up - thousands must be affected

I contacted one person whose emails I received and she had received someone else’s. Which makes you wonder if it’s affected everyone??

I suspect most people are cowering in terror about what has been received and by whom.

Some people have entire folders of emails belonging to other people! I’ve got stuff that goes back months. It’s huge.
