What is living in Sittingbourne like?

Anyone live in sittingbourne? What is it like as an area? We just viewed a house and loved it but not sure about living here..? :)

There's better towns nearby. Faversham is far better. Try walking down Sittingbourne High Street on a Saturday and see if it's the sort of community you would like.

I'm from the Swale area and dislike central Sittingbourne but ' over the back' there are some lovely areas and countryside it not far away... plus points, good train service to two London stations or more if you change along the way, not far to coast and 15 mins from Faversham which has a nicer vibe IMO

We are moving into Sittingbourne (Fox Hill). What is the area and secondary school around?
We saw a new building with homes. Any comments would be great

The town centre is pretty awful. I’m not sure about your area (bapchild). In general, I hope we don’t stay here too long.
