I've watched some of the videos she's posted over the past months-year.

Just watched one from 3 hours ago.

I still don't know what to think.

I don't know if she's repeatedly dancing like this because she was denied freedom for so long, or is she suffering from some mental health issues, does she just want to do it?

I feel sorry for her but I just don't know what to make of it.

I don't understand why there's no one around her, husband etc helping her? Or does she not need to be helped

Good for you. I can't. I'm too honest as there's little emotion. It could be a faux concern and you can believe that if you want, it makes no odds to me.

Nowhere have I suggested I'm trying to help or be kind.

I am not trying to help her. I don’t know her. Her personal life is not my business. Nor is it yours but you keep ignoring that fact despite being told it repeatedly.

But as some of us have told you this sort of gossiping is further damaging and you keep stamping your foot and saying ‘but I didn’t mean it like that’ - that doesn’t make it okay. Speculating on someone’s mental health and their personal life after they have been through a life of shit is really unpleasant. It doesn’t help, it damages people. It’s her life, you aren’t entitled to know anything about it.

You keep saying you ‘just want to know more’ then why not go and Read her book?? And stop gossiping online.

In terms of chit chatting about Britney, your comments dont make sense. She has put herself on an international, open to everyone social media forum. She is performing and entertaining via that platform.

So people are going to talk about that, why wouldnt they. Some might say she looks fab, great dancing. Some might say terrible dancing, terrible outfit, looks terrible. Some might say 'Im worried about her, she's vulnerable/ill/exploited'

Do you go to cinema, theatre, watch telly and not make any comment about what you thought about it, to yourself or anyone else??

To let you into the parts of her life she wants to reveal. Not so you can go online and speculate about what secret messages her eyes are trying to tell you and further fanning flames and rumours that probably cause her and her children a lot of stress.

I just think its normal human nature to wonder about other humans. We are a social species. It doesnt matter that she is famous. If the woman next door started acting in a way that people spoke about, you would probably mention this to your husband or children, you'd wonder what was going on for her.

Im not convinced there is anything wrong as such, she is just doing a dance, its what she likes doing I would assume and by the looks of it she looks amazing and is good at it, very precise, this isnt someone who is wildly flinging herself around without practice and attention, therefore I wouldnt say she needs 'help' based on that one video

But then as I say I dont know what else is out there.

I think there is a big difference to be concerned about someone and want to genuinely help and to use that concern as an excuse to have a good online bitch, sorry ‘learn’ about someone.

You asked me how I'm helping her. I said that wasn't my intention. You then go on to try and help her by infantilizing her.

All this over a discussion of a celebrity's life which she willingly put out there.

See@itzbritneybitch and @bellac11 ? This is EXACTLY what I’m talking about. Threads like this create comments like this and then other people come on and read them and start saying ‘she’s on drugs’. It’s fucking damaging. This is how dangerous rumours start. You can call it learning or curiosity all you want, but it’s damaging and dangerous and really fucking unfair.

I view Britney as a mature women who’s never been allowed to mentally and emotionally mature. I feel like she’s playing out her adolescence now and we’re all viewing it.

I'm really distressed after watching that video. I really wish I hadn't. I had no idea about any of this.

How can yoh be really distressed when you’re not even bothered enough to loosely follow her. She’s been at it since the conservatoire ended, this video is tame and relatively tasteful in comparison to some of the stuff, we had full on nudes for a while with just emojis covering her nipples and genitals.

I've watched a 3 second clip of something she apparently posted very recently where she is basically naked.

My interpretation is that she was pimped out and commercialised from a very very young and impressionable age. By "pimped out" I do not mean she was having sex, I mean both of her parents and any other care givers either cynically or negligently/out of ignorance allowed her to be commercialised and moetized to an extreme degree, her whole personality and ego is built on the idea she is, very literally, the girl/woman you see in the 1998 video of Hit Me Baby One More Time.

Mentally and emotionally she is a school girl, in her head literally the only way to get attention from anyone is to be that persona. There is nothing else inside apart from a very sad realisation that the price she paid for being a pimped out schoolgirl forever is that a lot of people, some of whom were supposed to love and protect her, have become and been very wealthy and comfortable off the back of that all these years.

You just have to contrast her with Taylor Swift who woke up to it (and is probably brighter and has more protective parents) and took back control by re releasing her music in 2021 onwards. Britney by contrast is on a never-ending lets go round again and the older she gets the more ridiculous it appears. I don't get the feeling she is desperately unhappy but I do think she is mentally deluded and therefore mentally ill.

She isn't with her husband anymore. I don't what to make of her either.. perhaps now she was forced to take medication for years and now she doesn't have anyone controlling her she's chosen not to take them and that's why she's struggling mentally, she doesn't look happy and it's sad that her children don't speak to her.
