Clearing up spots in 2yr olds

My son has a spot on his cheek that was nothing major until he found himself picking at it. Aside from sudocrem and keeping his hands off it... Does anyone know of any really could creams or solutions to speeding up the healing process?

Bepanthen - yes, it says nappy cream but it's really good for small scratches as it keeps it soft and not itchy.
