Toddler poo coated in white stuff TMI PHOTO

what could this be? He's on second course of antibiotics and don't know if this has caused it but would of thought it would have happened before now. As he's nearly finished the second course.

Is it anything to worry about? Should we take him to the doctors? Sorry if I'm overreacting never happened before.
