Girls aloud tickets, I have too many help!

I’ve just purchased Girls Aloud tickets on their pre-sale but as my payment went through the website crashed. It was running so slowly throughout.

I got through again and managed to get some tickets but now it looks like the original booking went through so I have twice as many tickets than I need. What an idiot!!

My question is the T&Cs say I won’t receive them until 3 days prior to the event, so how the hell do I sell them on?

Was this Ticketmaster? Same happened to me when I purchased tickets for a different gig earlier this summer. I just emailed customer services and they refunded the duplicates no problem.
If your tickets are seated it it might be worth asking for the worst view seats to refunded ie the further away ones. Mine happened to be right next to each other so it didn't matter.

Thanks no it was ticketek who I haven’t used before. I’ve emailed to ask. I can’t imagine I’m the only person who it’s happened to. It crashed as the payment was going through, so frustrating as that’s £400 down.

You're not £400 down, email the ticket issuer and they'll refund you. Panic not.

Hopefully they'll refund the extras. Especially if you explain it was their website crashing that caused it. I had a "oops somethings happened" message in my case and no email or bank notifications hence I purchased again. Hoping your refund goes through quickly!

I had exactly the same problem. Crashed multiple times when trying to pay and then had the extra ones hidden away! The time out was a real pain!
