What have I done to my back?

Urgh...going to see my GP this week (finally got an appointment!)...just wondering if anyone had the same thing...

A few weeks ago I was carrying my daughter , maybe swinging her about running down corridor 🤦🏻‍♀️. All fine that day.
A few days later I was sat on the floor playing with her and got up to find something in another room, turned slightly and down and felt back stiff pain.
That night getting up from sitting my back would spasm. It was awful. Panadol and nurofen helped a bit.
Went on for days. Walking was fine.

Anyway it cleared and back felt better. Went on a walk and had a small backpack on my back with water bottles in. After that back pain stiffness back.
Now twinging pain at night keeping me awake.
After any housework, vacuum, even bending to tidy playroom....stiff pain, to the point of feeling sick.

Google tells me all sorts 🤦🏻‍♀️
I do t know if it's a muscle or disc.
Walking is fine.

Later in the day, standing for long makes me tired.

Anyway it's horrible and I feel so stupid for pushing on...I'm scared I've damaged my back and will have chronic pain forever.

Possibly a trapped nerve

Oh you poor thing

I've had this exact thing, it's bloody awful

In my case, once it settled, it'd happen again after a few weeks - increasingly worse

I saw a physio after a few times and it was a bulging disc. I hobbled in and walked out
I do a few mins exercises she showed me most days and it's not happened since. Best £50 ever spent

Go to physio!

Thanks so much for all your replies.

Is it normal for this to go on for this long?
Feels like it's been off and on for weeks, month more

As every parent, im very active and have got washing household stuff to do ...
Feels like im making it worse
And the feeling of exhaustion is horrible
