Hi all,
will try and keep this vague but does anyone know if school transport providers who take children particularly SEN children still get paid when the child is absent from school for a day or a period of illness?! I would have assumed they don’t get paid per day but more a set amount for the contract?
I have a child with SEN. He used to share transport but now he is a solo passenger due to the other passenger not needing it anymore.
he has had a few days off this year for both medical appointments and a period of illness.
Something was mentioned and I’m curious more than anything 😊 I don’t keep him off for no reason!
