Anyone else to cold to even tidy up? 😭

Today and yesterday I spent the day on the couch with my dog, 2 blankets and a hot water bottle.

I've housework to do but I'm just too bloody cold.

Can't put the heating on (large house that costs a fortune to heat and it's only me during the day, I save the heating for when the kids get home)

My fingers are like ice

Being up and about and moving does help warm you up though. That said, I completely understand not wanting to crawl out from under the blankets!

Same! Currently no heating and have, like you, been under duvet with dog apart from the walks. I have no energy to do anything as I was awake at 3 with a frozen nose despite 3 duvets! Ended up sleeping with my coat over my head for what little time I had left, to try to defrost it!

Yes 14.5 here , I’m on the sofa but I do have the electric blanket . Saving the heating for this evening when we are all at home .

You'll be warmer if you get up and moving.
