Hi. I'm cooking some chicken breast in Pressure cooker . But the instructions have thrown me off. I'm sure you can't Pressure cook without some sort of liquid? I have in cluded pictures of the instructions.

I’ve cooked pork shoulder with just a little water at the bottom of the pot. The lemon juice probably provides enough liquid.

A slow cooker retains all the moisture. You can "bake" potatoes in a slow cooker with no added liquid

I wouldn't do that on my stovetop pressure cooker, it does catch on the bottom sometimes despite having liquid in it.

Yours may be different because it's some kind of electric one but I don't think it would be nice myself.
