Does anyone else have really stressful dreams?

Especially if you fall asleep during the day. I feel like I have run a gauntlet when I wake up sometimes. Today's nap was spectacular, there were circumstances but I kept trying to get a phone and they kept crumbling or fracturing in my hands or pocket.

So annoying.

Yes, I believe it's stress related.

Yes, but sometimes quite bizarre adventures that prove to be stressful. Horrible.

OMG trying to find a toilet in your dream when you are absolutely desperate but all the toilets are filthy.

I get so stressed out with that one.

God yes. Have to be at the airport in 25 minutes and haven’t packed, that one is always fun. And then there’s A levels but haven’t revised, or it’s an entirely unknown subject on the paper. Or have to be in a play and don’t know the script. Or need a wee but cannot find a loo anywhere.

I do live life in a fairly last minute way and these dreams are obviously it coming back to bite me…

My stress dream is like the toilet scene from Trainspotting.

Or, trying to find something to wear from a huge rail of clothes and I'm searching and searching but I can't find what I want.

I get really disorientating dreams, where I’m someone else and even familiar surroundings have a kind of ‘uncanny valley’ feel about them. Or an ‘alternative timeline’ dream where my life took another path. I think I’ve been watching too much Star Trek and Doctor Who.
