I'm not happy about an online order that I made

I found a small crafter/artist online. He makes calendars. I ordered from him before and to be honest, the whole entire delivery process was a nightmare. I made an order for about the 8 th of December at the time and I got an estimated delivery for the 15th/16th of December. Nothing arrived until January and it was a domestic order and not from abroad.

He has some nice unique calendars and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I made another order with him last week. I presumed my order would have been in the last week but nothing came for me. I made contact with him and I asked for a tracking number and them he replied pretty much changing the goal posts saying that he can hand delivery the calenders to a drop of point in my city next week. I declined that and asked for postal delivery. He is due to post this week.

I am now apprehnsive about this whole entire order and if he will just drag out the delivery for as long as possible.

The calendars were due to be Christmas presents to mail abroad to family abroad and I should have a package to send next week for the last postal dates.

I am just not entirely confident with what that man has wrote and said to me. He said he was due to go printing on Monday the 24th of November, giving me the impression that calenders will be ready last week. When I made contact with him on Friday, he says he has to go to the printers again next week and he should have a batch of calendars ready for Wednesday or Thursday of this week coming.

I am just not very happy or confident that this is going to be fulfilled on time to be honest.
Should I be cancelling?
I think if I don't get anything in the post by Wednesday - should I cancel instead of being string along waiting and wondering if it will come or not?

There were no policies on his page or guidelines about wait times. I never knew it would take this long. I presumed he has stuff read to go and ready to dispatch. As far as I can remember there were words under his items of X number in stock.

I'd cancel and leave a review. This is no way to treat customers - I sell online and have to be very set on timescales. I under promise rather than over.

I sent a message this morning at half 9 requiring about my order and of its been sent in the mail yet.

I did t get a reply yet but I will wait for another little bit.

I doubt it has been sent.

I ordered on Sunday evening of the 19th of November.

There was all day
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues

To at least prepare this order and put it into an envelope and post it and get a tracking number and then it will be a few more days for a delivery.

This order should be in am envelope at this stage.

If I don't hear back from him within an hour, I will be cancelling and demanding a refund by the end of the day. No excuses, no more stringing me along saying I will get it,

I ordered from other shops since then I have a lot of those orders already.
How this isn't even in an envelope is beyond me.

Before Iafe the order as well I was chatting with him on the phone and he calmed to be going to the printers on the 20th of November and on the 24th of November.

I know it would probably take some time to make the calendars from then.

Still, this shouldn't be taking so long. Especially if this is his business and craft, he should know what he's doing.

He didn't reply back to my message that I sent this morning. After noon, I sent another message to ask for an update on my order and he didn't reply to that either.

I asked him to cancel my order and refund me by the end of the day hit I presume he will ignore that too.
