Contacted Customer services department to ask about an item which appears to have been out of stock locally for some time.
They responded to say to contact the store to ask.
However, my question was not if XYZ store have the product, but was the product discontinued.
They've just replied again when I repeated the original query to say that they can't tell me if a product has been discontinued or whether it's in stock, and to contact the local store.
So what's the point of customer services if they don't know if their company has discontinued something?
