MRI early callback

Had vision symptoms a couple of weeks ago, which after seeing an ophthalmologist pointed to TIA. Had an MRI on Wednesday and was due to get the results on 7th December. On Friday afternoon I got a notification to say that my appointment had been brought forward to this Monday (today) at 2.40pm. What reasons would bring this forward? has something shown up?

Honestly it could be something or nothing. I once had an appointment brought forward to Christmas Eve which panicked me but it was OK and they wanted to get me off the list if you see what I mean.

Hopefully it’s nothing serious and they just want to get through everyone quickly. But if it is something, take comfort that they are on it fast and going to get you sorted. Take care x
