Podcast subscription, no/low adverts?

I'm a big podcast fan and listen to too many to list. However, over the last couple of years I've found that the adverts are getting longer and longer.

Obviously I understand that the people making the podcasts are doing this for a job that they need to make a living from it but the reality is that I don't want to pay for the podcasts individually - many ask for a few pounds a month, which would add up to £££s if I paid this for all the podcasts I listened to.

However, I am willing to pay a monthly fee a bit like Netflix but for podcasts, but don't know if such a thing exists? Has anyone found a solution to this?

BBC sounds doesn’t have adverts and a lot of good podcasts.

Spotify. But not all the podcasts will be there.

BBC podcasts don't have adverts

I think Apple and Audible have podcasts that presumably don't have adverts.

I listen to lots on Podbean and they don't have lots of adverts, but that might just be the ones I listen to.

It's still several different subscriptions though.
