Not suitable for the pressure cooker - but home made burgers (with onions and spices) are generally far better than shop bought - and dead easy to make.

Yep, I'm an awful cook but even I can make burgers with mince, though meatballs just as nice😁

I'm making Cowboy Stew.
Mince, chopped tomatoes, grated carrots, baked beans, cumin, paprika. Cook it like chilli con carne. Then put in casserole dish covered with tortilla chips and grated cheese. Heat till cheese is melted.

Made out of desperation as son refused to eat spag bol and chilli and I told him it was what cowboys ate.

There will be more nutritious and exciting recipes suggested

When you’re ready to go back to your staples, try an upside-down cottage pie.

Layer of potatoes in a dish. Cover with mince mixed with chopped onion and other veg. Cheese or cheese mixed with breadcrumbs on top. Bake.

Can be made from scratch or to use up left over mince mixture and potatoes, in which case it's fast to assembly and doesn’t take long to cook.

(Mince) boeuf en croute. Basically meatloaf with peas in wrapped in puff pastry. It's yum.

Mince beef in lettuce wraps is nice and a bit different too.Google Asian lettuce wraps/Chinese lettuce wraps if you fancy a change from the usual mince dishes.

keema curry with potato and peas

I normally fry beef mince and onions in a big batch and freeze in small portions... Great for whipping up a quick meal - add to noodles or fried rice, add to omelettes for protein kick etc.

What an easy and great idea, never thought of that. Thanks!
