No wet nappy overnight ?

Toddler full of cold and didn't wet nappy overnight.
Would you phone doctor for this or just keep an eye on fluid intake?

I would keep an eye on fluid intake and output but equally when mine got to this stage I took it as a sign they were ready to start toilet training.
