Older friend tricky for gift ideas

My friend is in her 70s and really a lovely person. I'm struggling to think what to get her for Christmas.

She can't eat very much at the moment because of a medical condition, she doesn't drink alcohol. Separately she has cataracts so can't read books. She isn't very mobile.

I bought her lots of bulbs and pots for her birthday because she likes pottering in the garden, I've done self-care stuff while she was ill earlier in the year.

Ideas?!

What do you do together? Something related to that?

Turtle Dove recycled cashmere wristwarmers are nice.

I like getting bracelets, my favourite type of jewellery- what does she wear?

A voucher for a cream tea? A trip round a vineyard? Hotel night away? Or if she's adventurous, a virtual reality session?!

If she likes plants what about an Amaryllis

I would keep going with the gardening theme. It sounds like she would be happy with that. How about a house plant? Maybe some unusual/heritage seeds? New secateurs or gloves? Are there any gardens she would like to visit? Maybe you can go together.

An Audible subscription?

Yeah I was going to say this. Or a device eg Alexa, she can listen to podcasts on.
